Cancellation Policy

Yoga classes and massage appointments are non-transferable and non-refundable. Bookings cancelled less that 24 hours before the start time and no-shows will not be refunded and you will be unable to re-schedule the class/massage. Passes must be used within their validity period and can only be requested to be extended in exceptional circumstances. 5- sessions pass is valid for 7 weeks from the first attended class. 8- sessions pass is valid for 10 weeks from the first attended class. In the event of a last minute cancellation from your teacher/therapist, the class/massage will not be refundable but can be transferred to another scheduled class or appointment. Joining my classes and booking my services means that you accept these T&Cs, which my business needs to thrive. I am a single person business and busy mama, the admin required to reschedule appointments and classes takes a lot of my time. The refund for cancelled classes, passes and appointments incurs in a 5% admin fee. Thanks for understanding and not asking for an exception.
