Herbal Blends

Handcrafted with love

These blends began with me preparing, with love and intention, for the next chapter of motherhood while I was approaching the birth of my third baby.

It was less about tea and more about a slower, intentional way of living and nourishing myself.

Postpartum herbal support

These blends were born, not because I wanted to create a collection of teas, but because each one represents a different part of the postpartum journey, a season that deserves to be met with tenderness, nourishment and care.

The story behind these blends

Late Winter was slowly giving way to Spring, and I was deep into my third trimester.

As the days grew a little lighter, I found myself slowing down and turning my thoughts towards the weeks after birth.

One afternoon, my daughter joined me in the kitchen as we began blending herbs together. Measuring, mixing and filling jars, we created teas that I hoped would nourish and comfort me during the postpartum weeks ahead.

There was so much anticipation as I felt birth drawing closer. I was excited to meet our baby, emotional about our family changing, and deeply aware that I was preparing not only to welcome a new little life, but also to care for myself in the weeks that would follow.

Those first herbal blends were never intended to be anything more than a gift to my future self. They were a quiet act of preparation, rooted in the belief that the mother deserves tending to as much as the baby.

As I continued to care for myself during the postpartum weeks and months, I began to share those blends with close friends who welcomed their new babies and slowly began to feel the desire to share them more widely with other mothers.

From this journey, these five blends were born.

Every blend begins in my garden...

Sowing the seeds, watching the herbs emerge each spring, tending to them through the seasons, and harvesting them with care and intention has become one of my favourite things to do since I moved to the countryside...

I know how they've been nurtured, when they have been picked, and the love that's gone into every step of the journey from seed to cup.

For the herbs I can't grow yet, I carefully choose organically sourced ingredients.

These herbal teas are grown, gathered and crafted with intention.

For this reason, these blends will be made in small batches, respecting the gentle rhythm of the garden that grows them.
