Fees and Packages
I am based in Symington (South Lanarkshire) and offer support to families in South Lanarkshire, Scottish Borders, Edinburgh, Glasgow, the Lothians, Dumfries and Galloway, Ayrshire.
Travel and parking expenses may be charged separately depending on location.
Due to recently having my third baby, I am currently offering 2 hour postpartum sessions only, to minimise the time I am separated from her. During these sessions I prioritise bodywork, breastfeeding support and hands-on practical care, and I offer food bundles separately for nutritional support.
If finance is a concern for you, it would still be an honour to meet you, and discuss your particular circumstances.
Concessions are available and I am offering a number of free sessions each month to meet the needs of families
in difficult circumstances.
Since November 2026 I have decided to set rates on a sliding scale, please see below.
Gift Vouchers
If your family and friends need ideas for a gift for you and your baby, I'd be happy to issue gift vouchers.
It can be a great way to support you, your baby and your whole family.

Infant Feeding Support
2 hr Antenatal session £50
First visit, at home or hospital,

Pregnancy yoga 1:1 session (about 1 hour) £50

These include an initial free video call to discuss your needs and plan a session to suit you.
